There is a strange growth in New Jersey and it’s not what you’re thinking.

The municipal market is on the move and Geo3.0 software growth in our home state of New Jersey is particularly noteworthy.

More than just the number of towns adopting Geo3.0, the depth of adoption has really soared, as well.  In towns that have been using our software for years, many new departments have been added recently and are planned for the immediate future.  With over 250 applications specific to municipal government, we are bound to offer something for somebody.  But the real power of the software is when the software from different departments or processes can be interrelated.

Neptune Township is rolling out Geo3.0 in a big way.  In just the last 3 months the Construction, Code Enforcement, Historic Preservation modules have been completed.  Two completely new modules have been created and we will soon introduce them to our other NJ clients.  The Planning Board / Zoning Board app is a terrific new addition to our software list and the new Vital Statistics module will prove a very powerful addition to any town.

Soon, the Zoning and Engineering departments software will go fully live.

Freehold Township, too, is rolling out Geo3.0 throughout the town’s departments.   The Health Department’s Pet Licensing app is complete and, soon, the rest of that department’s software will be ready.  By mid-year, the following departments software will be live:

  • Construction
  • Fire Safety
  • Zoning
  • Code Enforcement
  • Planning Board / Zoning Board
  • Public Works
  • Water Department
  • Housing

Two other Monmouth County towns are adding software or starting software deployments.  The City of Asbury Park has just entered into agreement on a Fire Safety app and West Long Branch is expanding its software into the management of Housing & Landlord Registrations.

It’s going to be a great year.
